Katy Salter

Katy Salter is an award-winning and acclaimed food writer and editor who contributes to The Guardian, ELLE, Sainsbury's Magazine, Delicious magazine and Jamie among others. She is also the author of popular blog Pinch of Salt. In April 212, Stylist magazine named Katy one of its Top 2 Food Heroines alongside Delia Smith, Nigella Lawson, Mary Berry and Rachel Khoo. Katy has been shortlisted twice for Food Journalist of the Year at the Guild of Food Writers Awards (in 29 and 21), and for World Food Journalist of the Year at the 21 Le Cordon Bleu Awards. Pinch of Salt was shortlisted for the New Media Award at the Guild of Food Writers Awards 211, the only blog to make the shortlist.
