The story behind the Lucy Bee brand is a personal and genuine one: Lucy was diagnosed as coeliac aged 18 months and so her parents instigated wholesale healthy lifestyle changes. This included switching to using coconut oilseven years ago and they haven't looked back. The lack of availability of a good source in the UK led them to launch their own brand.
