The present book highlights various aspects of the history and culture of the Chalukyas in Andhra with special emphasis on two important feudal families Pattavardhanis and Katakarajas that served the eastern Chalukyas. Social studies of Brahmana and Vaisya communities in the middle centuries of Andhradesa is also highlighted.
