Lois is the author of numerous bestselling books, including the business bible for women, Nice Girls Don?t Get the Corner Office. Her latest book, Ageless Women, Timeless Wisdom: Witty, Wicked, and Wise Reflections on Well-Lived Lives, is a heartwarming and hilarious look at the insights of women seventy years old and better. After a career making a living as a consultant, executive coach, keynote speaker and writing books, she now applies the wit and wisdom she garnered during own well-lived life to projects that make a difference in the lives of women and girls. Although she continues to write and speak to women?s groups around the world, Lois spends more time helping to grow Bloom Again Foundation, the nonprofit she started with colleagues and friends, coaching young women via telephone and e-mail how to achieve their career goals, and building the Crafty Sisters Collection, a place for women artists to sell their handmade work. A native New Yorker, she currently enjoys living in Southern California where she can garden year round and take her rescue dog, Maddie, on long walks just about 365 days a year.
