Anoothi Vishal is the author of Mrs LC's Table: Stories about Kayasth Food and Culture. She is one of India's most respected restaurant columnists, writing on culinary history, food trends, and the business of food and beverages for leading publications such as the Economic Times, , Forbes, NDTV.com, The Hindu and The Wire.
