Balkrishan Shivram
Balkrishan Shivram has taught at colleges in Himachal Pradesh for the past thirteen years. He is currently a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla. He was awarded the Professor J.S. Grewal Prize on the Indian History Congress (26).
