Jinusha Panigrahi; N. V. Varghese

N. V. Varghese is Vice Chancellor, National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) and also the founding director of the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education (CPRHE) at NIEPA. Formerly, he was the Head, Governance and Management of Education, International Institute of Educational Planning (IIEP/ UNESCO), Paris. Jinusha Panigrahi is Assistant Professor at the CPRHE at NIEPA. She is serving as the Co-chairperson of Economics and Finance of Education, Special Interest Group (EFE-SIG), Comparative International Education Society (CIES), USA.
