Kate Silverton
Kate Silverton is one of the UK's most loved and familiar broadcasters and journalists. She's covered conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, rubbed shoulders with Hollywood's finest on the red carpet at the Oscars, as well as shining bright herself as one of the stars on Strictly Come Dancing. A mother to two young children, in 2020 she decided to switch lanes and change career. She is now qualified as a child therapist and practices clinically with young children at a London primary school. She's also become an instant Sunday Times number-one-bestselling author with her first parenting book There's No Such Thing As Naughty. She's passionate about neuroscience and how it helps us to not only understand our children's behaviour but our own behaviour too.
