Fr. Dr. Martin VC (Fr. Martin Valiyaparambil VC), who hails from a noble family at Changanacherry in Kottayam, Kerala is a catholic priest in Vincentian Congregation. He currently holds the responsibility of a provincial councilor for education and media in Delhi Province of the Congregation.
