Balbir Singh
Prof. Balbir singh is a retired Asst. Director for training at National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Ludhiana, Punjab. He has more than 50 years of experience in technical training. Other two prominent books written by him are Machinist Siddhant, 2e and Turning Siddhant, 2e.
