Jaidip Mukerjea

Jaidip has written the story of tennis in India; the transition from wooden to titanium racquets; Kolkata?s club culture and the promotion of tennis, football, cricket, polo, horse racing and sports sponsorship by the House of Tatas. The International Tennis Federation felicitated Jaidip Mukerjea with the ITF Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003; the first Indian to be thus honoured.
