Founder and CEO of a Denmark-based startup ? the Guiding Light Art Company (GLAC). This startup uses art and yoga as basic tools to engage people in the change mindset and create a positive social impact.
Gomathi is also a censor for various university examinations in Denmark.
Prior to this startup, Gomathi had a 17-year journey within Manufacturing, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Shared Services, and Energy companies in various finance and project management capacities.
An MBA from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, CPA from New Hampshire State Board, USA, and Change Management Practitioner certified by APMG International.
Gomathi started her change journey via GLAC in 2017 with her first yoga sessions for women. The GLAC?s Studio was created between the years 2019 & 2020 with the "Celebrate Diversity" series of artwork and art classes for children, which is now gaining momentum among children and their parents. Both the art and yoga sessions are designed to help individuals, especially the younger generation, cope with challenges such as stress, anxiety, and/or find their voice for self-expression. These art projects support and encourage international and local community integration.
The Change Mindset, the yogic way, is a concept developed in 2023 under the GLAC Sadhana wherein Gomathi, together with Tobias Lasota, has created a series of tutorial videos. This is the book version of the visual content.
