Anil Bhat (Fellow, IIM Bangalore) is Professor and Head, Department of Management, BITS, Pilani. He has 25 years of distinguished academic, administrative and managerial experience. Arya Kumar (Ph D, BITS Pilani) is Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi. He has more than three and a half decades of diversified experience in educational institutions, research organizations, banks and other financial institutions.
