David Dowrick

Dr David Dowrick is now part retired from the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences, Lower Hutt, New Zealand. He has authored 3 earthquake engineering titles, Earthquake Resistant Design, 1st and 2nd editions (1977 and 1987), and Earthquake Risk Reduction (2003), which have become standard references for practising engineers and students alike.
