JORGEN DE MEY
Jorgen de Mey was born in Holland, and moved to California in 1989 at the age of 23, with his brother, whom he had coached to extraordinary body-building success. He decided to make his career in personal training and has now been training film stars in Hollywood for more than 15 years.
