Zia Mody

Zia Mody is a well known author. She is also a legal consultant and is specialized in corporate mergers and acquisition law. She graduated from the Cambridge University and got her Master's degree from Harvard Law School. She has also worked for 5 years as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie. Mody has formed two mergers. She is a managing partner of AZB & Partners, which is one of India's largest law firms. She is married to Jaydev Mody and has three daughters with him. She's the daughter of Soli Sorabjee, who is a famous jurist.
