Trilok Nath Pandey

Trilok Nath Pandey was a senior officer in the Intelligence Bureau (Government of India) for more than three decades. As an astute spymaster he worked at several places and positions, besides undertaking teaching of senior Intelligence Officers at the National Intelligence Academy. He earned several laurels, notable among them being the Indian Police Medal in 2010 for Meritorious Service and President Police Medal in 2017 for Distinguished Service. After retirement in June 2018, he turned to writing, and has so far authored ?Becoming God?(a novel on Shiva mythology), ?Premlahri? (a Hindi novel on love of a Sanskrit poet and a Mughal princess), ?Chanakya ke Jasoos? (Hindi novel written in a classical style on the spy-craft used by Chanakya to demolish mighty Magadha Emperor). His third book, again a Hindi nove,l titled ?Mahabrahman?, relates to the story of a youth who suffers on account of being from a sub-caste of Brahmins, which is treated worse than the untouchable. Meanwhile, he authored two story books ? ?Khufiagiri Yuge Yuge? (the stories of spying across the ages of Indian history/mythology) and ?Kashi-Katha? (the stories of nine great spiritual personalities who belonged to Varanasi).
