Dr S S Gulshan PhD, LLB, M Com. is an author of more than a dozen books on Corporate Management and Law, and is presently working as a Management Consultant and Executive Trainer. He has teaching, research and administrative experience of more than 45 years. He has also been a guest faculty at International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and many other business schools. Dr G K Kapoor PhD (DU) is a former Professor, ?Business and Corporate Laws? at International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Before joining IMI, he was an Associate Professor and Officiating Principal, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. For a period of two years (1987?1989), he was Deputy Director (Studies) and also Secretary to the Company Law Committee with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. A co-winner of NIRC, ICAI Best Teacher Award 2000, Dr. Kapoor is an author of various books on ?Business and Corporate Laws? and ?Management? including Company Law and Practice; Business Law including Company Law; Business Law, Ethics and Communication; Corporate and Allied Laws; Economic and Labour Laws; Business Policy and Environment. He has 50 years of teaching experience of ?Business and Corporate Laws? and ?Management? at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels. He has been on the Guest Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Law Institute, All India Management Association, Indian Institute of Bankers, Indian Institute of Public Administration, International Management Institute (IMI), and Institute for Integrated Learning and Management (IILM). He was conferred an 'Excellence Award for his contribution to Education? by Amity University, Noida in February 2012.
