Being a scholar in Sanskrit, Narayana Menon could study Hindu scriptures and acquire an insight into our philosophy as expounded by ancient Sages of India. Discourses and commentaries on Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads by Swami Chinmayanandaji inspired him to take up spiritual activities and to practise the teachings in Yoga Sastras.
