The present volume is a collection of papers presented in an international seminar organised by INTACH. The aims of the publication are: 1) spreading awareness of the existence and dangers of loss of endangered languages, 2) ascertaining the place of minority and regional languages in education and society, and 3) recommending viable solutions on a future course with emphasis on education.\n\n
