Aruna Koneru has over more than 4 decades of experience in teaching, training, research and consultancy. A former faculty member in the department of language at BITS, Pilani; She has also been associated as Adjunct Professor of Professional and Technical Communication with ICFAI Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad, IMT, Hyderabad and worked in several other institutions including Medical Transcription. She has taught Communication Skills at different levels of students and professionals. She has authored six books: Professional Communication, English Language Skills, Professional Speaking Skills, Speak to Lead and Words Are Your Friends-Book 1 and 2. She has been writing Dialogues on Test your Communication Skills (TYCS) and some are included in this book! A specialist in ELT and Communication skills, she has been researching the nature and process of communication as an expression of personality. She also edits several books. Her areas of interest are: to develop English language skills, soft skills, business and technical communication skills.
