AICTE has prescribed a model curriculum for the students of Diploma in Engineering for different subjects. This has necessitated a separate books on "Hydraulic and Hydraulic Machines." The present book covers the syllabi of "Hydraulics and Hydraulic Machines" in Civil Engineering and "Fluid Hydraulics and Hydraulic Machines" for the students of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The book is in two parts, Part-1 deals with Hydraulic (Fluid Mechanics) and the Part-2 covers Hydraulic Machines. The book will be useful for the students of diploma courses in Mechanical as well as Civil Engineering.
