Neeru Misra, heritologist and art historian, holds a Masters and Doctorate in History from Allahabad University; has been the Head of the Department of Museum Studies at the National Museum Institute, Delhi. Her books Garden Tomb of Humayun: An Abode in Paradise, Succession and Imperial Leadership Among the Mughals, illicit Trafficking in Cultural Property and Sufis and Sufism: Some Reflections have been widely acclaimed. She has been associated with the academic programmes of the Smithsonian institutions, University of Madison and Thammasat University, Bangkok. Widely travelled, she is a visiting faculty to a number of universities. She has been a Consultant with the United Nations Development Programme and is presently Senior Programme Director with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations under the Ministry of External Affairs. \n\nSachchidanand Sahi an alumnus of Banaras Hindu University where he studied Indian and South-East Asian Art and Archaeology, specialized in Khmer studies at the University of Paris, Sorbonne (1965-9). He held a chair of South-East Asian Studies at the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (India) and worked as the pro-Vice Chancellor of the university in 21. Prof. Sahai has several outstanding research publications to his credit.
