K Aswathappa has a vast and diverse teaching experience and is also a seasoned author. With an academic career spanning over four decades, he has had the honor of serving Bangalore University in every capacity. He was Chairman of the Department of Commerce; Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management; Director, Canara Bank School of Management Studies; and Member Syndicate, Senate, and Academic Council. He has authored books in the area of Human Resource Management, International Business, Organizational Behaviour and Business Environment. Sadhna Dash is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), with over 30 years of experiences in human resource management function in various organizations and as an academician for the past six years. She is engaged in teaching and workshop assignments and dedicates most her time for research work. Her research interests are in the area of Careers, Mid-career Education, Gender Studies and Millennial Workplace, with specific expressed interest in phenomenological research methodologies and other emerging research methodologies.
