Gilles Boquérat holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Sorbonne. He is currently Head of Department of International Relations at the Centre de Sciences Humaines, New Delhi. He is also a member of the Centre d'Etudes de l'Inde et de l'Asie du Sud (Centre for Indian and South Asian Studies), Paris. Dr. Boquérat has published a number of articles on India's foreign policy in international journals as well as edited volumes. He is the co-editor of India in the Mirror of Foreign Diplomatic Archives (Manohar, 23). \n
