Prof. Suresh K. Sharma, PhD, RN, FNRS, Professor and Principal, College of Nursing, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has over 20 years of teaching experience in undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in nursing. He was a University Gold Medalist in his undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He is an RN in the Board of Registered Nursing, California, USA, and a receiver of the Florence Nightingale Award (2001). He has been ICN-Global Nursing Leadership Fellow 2020 at Global Nursing Leadership Institute, Geneva, Switzerland. He is in the Board of Directors of International Network of Doctoral Education in Nursing (INDEN 2022-24), USA. Dr Sharma is a prolific writer and has published seven textbooks in nursing, besides a number of chapters contributed and more than 200 research papers published in indexed journals of repute. He is also the founder President, Society of Perioperative Nurses, India, and Society for Critical Care Nursing, India. He is also Editor/Section Editor of several journals including Journal of Caring Science and Journal of Medical Evidence.
