This Volume is a biography of Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan, People's Man of the Century, who lived for the people, fought for the people and died for the people. JP combined many personalities in one person. Sri Sachchidanand has done justice to the various facets of JP's life. It is a different treatment. He has collected the writings and speeches by those who knew him intimately. He has done the work with thoroughness such that there is no aspect of JP which has remained uncovered.
Sri Sachchidanand, was a close associate of Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan in the Socialist and Sarvodaya movements before joining him as his secretary. He played in his own way a crucial role as JP's political secretary in the turbulent days of total revolution. He served JP to the best of his ability and sincerity.
