The Mechanical Design Engineers and consultants have to refer to standard formulae and data during their day-to-day work. The availability of such formulae and data in a single book simplifies their work and saves much of the effort to be put in to arrive at the desired solution. The Mechanical Engineer’s Handbook is outcome of the continued effort put in by the Author to Achieve their Goal over the last 35 years. The book contains 66 chpaters. It has been divided into Engineering MAZathematics, Design Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Thermal Engineering and Machine Design. The various formulae and data has been taken from standard text and refrence books. Most of the design data is as per Bureau of Indian Standards. It is hoped that the book shall be very useful to every Mechanical Engineer, whether in the field of teaching or in the research institutes.
