In a career spanning over 45 years, he has been a Principal for 30 years in Apeejay Schools in N.C.R. and India School, Kabul, run by the Embassy of India. He has been the Chairman of National Progressive Schools Conference. Presently, he is the Vice-Chairman of the Lotus Valley International School, Noida. A widely-travelled man, he has visited and seen the working of many schools in the U.K., U.S.A., Canada and erstwhile USSR and also did a teaching stint for three years in Britain from where he acquired his Postgraduate degree in Education also.
