M.G. Vaidya Madhav Govind Vaidya, also known as Baburao Vaidya or MaGo Vaidya, is an eminent thinker, activist, author and analyst. Born, brought up and educated in Maharashtra, MaGo was a meri-torious student throughout, securing Gold Medals in BA and MA. He started his career as a teacher and went on to become a Lecturer of Sanskrit. During his long and distinguished tenure as a Lecturer, he left an indelible impression on the entire academic eco-system of Nagpur University. In 1966, he became the Editor of a popular Marathi daily Tarun Bharat. Under his guidance, the Daily touched new heights of glory and excellence. M.G. Vaidya has been associated with Rashtriya Swaya-msevak Sangh (RSS) since his adolescent days. He has shouldered various responsibilities from time to time. Original thinker, avid reader and prolific writer, Shri Vaidya has written numerous books and articles on topics of national relevance. For his multifarious contributions, he has received many prestigious rewards and recognitions. Now, 93-years young, MaGo continues to churn impact-making, discourse-changing literature and deliberations from his home in Nagpur.
