“कालेज कुछ और दे न दे जिंदगी भर के लिए कुछ दोस्त जरूर दे देता है।” यह कहानी ऐसे ही चार दोस्तों की है जो प्यार के बारे में अलग-अलग राय रखते हैं। आखिरकार जब उन्हें सच में प्यार होता है तब उन्हें यह पता चलता है कि कालेज का संसार और बाहर की दुनिया दो अलग-अलग चीजें हैं। और तब उनका संघर्ष शुरु होता है- यह संघर्ष है प्यार का, प्रैक्टिकल्स का, असाइनमेंट्स का, प्रोफेसर्स का और इस समाज का। ये दोस्त साथ मिलकर प्यार को जीने और उसे पाने की जो कोशिशें करते हैं वो इन्हें ‘The चिरकुट्स’ बना देती हैं।
Alok Kumar is a distinguished teaching professor of physics at the state university of new York at Oswego. He was born and educated in India. He has been teaching in the American higher education for about four decades. He is a fellow of the alexander von Humboldt foundation, Germany and a nova/nasa fellow. Kumar is active in the fields of atomic physics, chemical physics, history of science and science education.
