She has studied various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking. Keila is a Certified Sound Therapist and Sound Healer, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner. She also holds a certification and teacher training in Dharma Yoga and shows an exceptional understanding of the principles of Yoga Asana and Buddhist philosophy. When Keila began to see the limitations of traditional therapy, she explored alternative methods of inner healing and mind-reframing.
