The Men Who Dared celebrates twelve life stories of men who embraced adversities, whose resilience helped them chase their goals without fear, whose success was not just their own, because it impacted and improved the lives of others. Whether it was archaeologist K.K. Muhammed confronting the world’s biggest jigsaw puzzle located in the land of dacoits, or activist Jadav Payeng’s will for, first, making, and then saving a forest, or Prince Manvendra Singh accepting his queerness and fighting for LGBTQ rights each of these stories embody different facets of strength, extraordinary and moving. As inspiring as the men it chronicles, The Men Who Dared reminds us that there is no singular path to success a message that will empower young readers to fearlessly dream of their future and fill them with the hope of making it a reality.
