Uzma Aslam Khan grew up in\n Karachi, Pakistan. She is the author of one previous novel, The Story of\n Noble Thought, which met with great acclaim in both India and Pakistan. She\n has taught English language and literature in the US, Morocco and Pakistan\n and now lives in Lahore with her husband, author David Maine.
