Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury is Professor of Practice at IIT Delhi, Ex-Chairman & MD NBCC (A Govt. of India Enterprise) and Ex-Chairman & MD NTPC (A Govt. of India Enterprise). He has a rich and varied experience of over 40 years in the fields of administration, engineering, particularly in the construction industry. He has been recognised by various professionals, academia and government bodies, both nationally and internationally. He also served as the Principal Advisor (Infrastructure) to the Govt. of West Bengal. Earlier to that, he was the Chief Commissioner of West Bengal Right to Public Service Commission.
