About the Author Antwerp Edgar Pratt (1852-1924) was a Victorian naturalist, explorer, anthropologist and author. Three mammal species and two reptile species have been named after him. He had also travelled to Rocky Mountains, Amazon rain forest, Columbia and Papua New Guinea. One of his most memorable works is Two Years among New Guinea Cannibals, published in?196. \n
