Prachi Raturi Misra

Prachi Raturi Misra has been a journalist since she was nineteen years old. Reams and reams of newsprint and three books later, she has written Uttarakhand Cuisine ? Food and Folktales from the Hills as a tribute to what has made her who she is. This book is her ode to the hills and mountains of Uttarakhand, its food, culture and the simple, hardworking, beautiful, inside-out, people. Prachi loves her family and her me-time, to write, travel, not necessarily in that order.

Prachi is the co-founder and managing editor of The Mind Diaries, a bi-monthly magazine, the first of its kind in India on Mental Health and well-being.
